With over 20 years’ experience,  I advise banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, loan agents, servicers and sponsors on all aspects of syndicated and bilateral commercial real estate finance transactions.

My expertise spans the origination and structuring of senior, mezzanine and A/B loans for both investment and development  finance transactions across all asset types including logistics, student accommodation, hotels, build-to-rent, retail and offices.

I have significant experience advising clients on the workout, restructuring and enforcement of distressed loans.

I also regularly support clients on CMBS, securitisations and other structured finance transactions.
