I have worked in the real estate sector for over 25 years, having been a Partner at Nabarro and Stephenson Harwood.  I am now a Consultant at Shoosmiths.

I have acted for a wide breadth of clients, ranging from US private equity funds, UK listed funds and private property companies,.  I have experience in most asset classes, with particular focus on acting for developers of complex and high value sites, starting with a full legal appraisal of the target site, site assembly, Development Agreements with, where relevant, the freeholder and associated geared Headleases and then, finally, on to a pre-let and sale.

I have extensive experience of project managing the asset management of highly active investments,  particularly shopping centres.
