I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ commercial team, specialising in energy and infrastructure. I advise developers, funders and contractors on renewable energy projects including wind, solar, hydro and energy from waste. My work covers acquisitions, disposals, financing and power purchase agreements (PPAs).

With over 15 years’ experience, I’ve supported clients on corporate PPAs, private wire arrangements and subsidy schemes such as Contracts for Difference. I also advise on electricity industry agreements and bespoke regulatory matters.
