I’m a trainee solicitor at Shoosmiths, currently in my third seat with the Corporate team in Manchester. I support a range of transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. My work includes assisting with due diligence, drafting, and managing deal processes. I’ve previously completed seats in Real Estate and Corporate Restructuring & Advisory, gaining exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters.

I studied Economics at the University of Leicester, graduating with First Class Honours in 2021. I completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the LLM SQE at the University of Law before joining Shoosmiths in 2024.
