Specialist in employee incentives & strategic reward design

I am a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ tax and incentives team, based in the London office.

My work focuses on the design and implementation of employee incentive arrangements and management reward structures for clients, enabling clients to attract and retain talent while appropriately managing tax risk. My experience spans tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged share option plans, growth shares, management equity plans (MEPs) and cash-based incentive arrangements.

I also support clients in the context of M&A transactions, providing due diligence and structuring advice in the context of incentives. Drawing on significant experience advising on cross-border transactions and implementing MEPs internationally, I help organisations navigate complex global tax considerations and deliver incentive structures that work across jurisdictions.

In addition, I advise more broadly on employment tax matters, including issues relating to internationally mobile employees.
