I am a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Commercial team, leading our public procurement and subsidy control advisory group. I advise clients across the public and private sectors on mitigating procurement risk and ensuring compliance with UK subsidy control regimes, particularly in energy, infrastructure, and transport.

In addition to public procurement and subsidy control, I advise clients in the energy and infrastructure sector, including wind and solar projects. With over 15 years’ experience, I support procuring authorities, developers, funders, and contractors on complex projects.

My approach is pragmatic and commercial, focussed on helping clients achieve their objectives while managing regulatory requirements.

I am an active member of Shoosmiths’ Balance network and a champion for pro bono work, committed to sharing knowledge and supporting clients and colleagues alike.
