With over 12 years’ experience, I advise clients on all aspects of employment law, from day-to-day HR queries to complex tribunal litigation and corporate support. I have represented clients in tribunals and appeals across the UK, and provide practical, solution-driven advice to HR teams and in-house lawyers.

My recent work includes representing clients in high-profile TUPE and equal pay litigation, supporting large real estate transactions, and advising on workforce restructures. I am a director of Flexibility Works, a charity championing flexible working, and am active in Shoosmiths’ CSR committee.
