Beyond maintaining existing resources, I drive initiatives to create new precedents across our practice areas.  I am passionate about efficiency and have extensive experience in initiatives to streamline the legal elements of a finance transaction.  A key part of my role has been leading on the evolution of document automation in the team to transform how we produce legal documents.  As a Contract Express author, I combine technical expertise with a commitment to quality, ensuring our templates set the highest standards.
