I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London corporate team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets. I’ve recently acted for the sellers of EZ Education Ltd (Doodle Learning) in its sale to Discovery Education, backed by Clearlake Capital.

I joined Shoosmiths as a trainee and qualified into the corporate team in 2023. During my training, I spent time in the firm’s IP and litigation departments and completed a secondment with Flutter Entertainment Plc. I hold a first-class degree in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick and completed my GDL and MSc LPC at the University of Law.

I’m an active member of Shoosmiths’ charity and social committees and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that support culture and community.
