I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on all aspects of corporate law including venture and growth capital, M&A, private equity, and joint ventures. I support clients across sectors and jurisdictions, with experience coordinating international counsel and managing complex transactions.

I trained at a regional firm in Buckinghamshire and qualified in 2023. Before joining Shoosmiths in 2024, I worked at a corporate and tech specialist law firm. My academic background includes a Law and French degree from Cardiff University and an LLM in Legal Practice from BPP Law School in London.
