I’m a Paralegal in Shoosmiths’ Birmingham Real Estate team, specialising in post-completion work. I manage SDLT and Land Registry submissions, ensuring deadlines are met and registrations completed. I also support acquisitions and assignments for national retailers, helping deliver smooth transitions and accurate reporting.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2014 and have worked across multiple teams, including acquisitions and corporate support. My recent work includes supporting a 600-property lease portfolio review and assisting on major retail disposals.

I’m currently working towards qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive. I’m known for being detail-oriented, responsive and committed to getting things done right.
