As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ employment team, I advise clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including defending tribunal claims, drafting contracts and policies, and supporting on redundancies and data subject access requests.

I trained at Shoosmiths and completed a secondment at a large children’s toy retailer, gaining valuable insight into internal HR practices. I regularly support the Corporate team on employment aspects of high-value transactions and advise on employee data protection matters.
