I’m a principal associate in our Banking and Finance team, based in Nottingham. I advise borrowers, banks and financial institutions on a wide range of debt finance matters, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending and corporate lending. My approach is pragmatic and commercially focussed, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2022, I worked in the Banking and Finance team at a national law firm in Manchester. I qualified in 2018 after completing my legal studies with distinction, following a first-class degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of York.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and regularly support our internal legal training initiatives.
