I head up Shoosmiths’ Solent real estate team, advising on all aspects of commercial property transactions at. My practice focuses on regeneration, mixed-use development and infrastructure projects, particularly within the regulated rail environment. I lead multi-disciplinary teams on bespoke projects for developers, retailers, insurers and corporate occupiers.
I qualified in 1987 and joined Shoosmiths as a partner in 2005, having previously led major real estate work at a City firm. My experience spans large-scale development, strategic land, and complex title resolution.
I’m a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of Scotland.
