I am an Associate in the Shoosmiths’ Manchester corporate team, where I advise clients across a wide range of sectors including professional services, healthcare, real estate, charity, retail and technology.  I am an active member of the Shoosmiths core sector groups with strong focus on strategic client work, team development, and shaping innovative approaches to legal service delivery.

My work focuses on providing commercially minded legal advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, articles of association, group reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters across various sectors and jurisdictions. I am recognised for particular expertise in healthcare, advising manufacturers, dental practices, pharmacies, and care home groups.
