As a Principal Associate at Shoosmiths, I advise clients on a wide variety of high-value contentious matters, with a focus on corporate and commercial disputes, insurance, and reinsurance coverage. I provide key insight on large technical disputes, helping clients navigate complex litigation while keeping commercial objectives in sight.

My recent experience includes advising on multi-million dollar shareholder disputes, contract termination disputes and insurance coverage claims both in the courts and arbitration. I have acted on cases involving unfair prejudice, deferred payments, breach of confidence, contract termination and various  insurance coverage issues.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, I studied Philosophy and Politics at Cambridge, worked as a teacher, and ran communications campaigns as a lobbyist. I am recognised for my thoroughness and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
