I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, advising on development, finance and landlord and tenant matters. I support clients across the full property lifecycle, from site assembly and funding to lease negotiations and disposals. I regularly assist partners on high-value transactions and manage my own caseload of commercial real estate work.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2023, I built experience across development projects, joint ventures and real estate finance. I’ve worked with developers, lenders and occupiers on complex transactions involving mixed-use schemes, strategic land and commercial leasing.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and bring a pragmatic, commercially focussed approach to every matter.
