Leading commercial litigator trusted on the disputes that matter
I lead Shoosmiths’ Mobility, Logistics and Manufacturing sector overseeing the firm’s growth across automotive, logistics, future of transport and manufacturing.
In my disputes practice I advise on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes with a particular focus on the automotive, future of mobility and technology sectors. Recent work includes acting for a global car manufacturer in the Court of Appeal in a high-profile dispute concerning state recognition, and representing a technology client in a $130 million ICC arbitration relating to a smart technology joint venture.
I’m known for delivering clients’ commercial goals quickly with clear "no nonsense" advice. I contribute to leading publications and have authored the LexisNexis chapter on Termination of Distribution Agreements, as well as co-authoring the Artificial Intelligence Country Comparative Guide for Legal 500.
In my corporate disputes practice, I advise private equity firms, individuals and corporates on claims relating to shareholder, investor and joint venture agreements; minority shareholder unfair prejudice disputes; and disputes arising from corporate acquisitions, including breach of warranty and earn-out issues.
