I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Manchester, advising on development, investment and landlord and tenant matters. I act for property companies, institutional landlords and developers on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management, and support corporate restructures and refinancing transactions.

My recent work includes advising on multi-let property sales, strategic land acquisitions and Development Consent Order applications. I also support clients on asset management for shopping centres and retail developments, helping them navigate lease negotiations and day-to-day property issues.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and training programmes.
