I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking & Finance team, based in Leeds, specialising in leveraged, venture and corporate finance. I advise banks, PE houses and corporates on national and cross-border transactions. Recent highlights include advising on a £52.5m term and acquisition facility, a £65m super senior credit facility for an employee-owned business, and a £25m refinancing for a hotel and venue operator. I’ve also supported growth capital matters for Palatine Growth Credit, Growth Lending and Santander.

I trained at a magic circle firm in London, including a six-month secondment in Paris, and qualified into their leveraged finance team in 2020. I joined Shoosmiths in 2021, bringing experience in cross-border finance and sponsor-led transactions.
