I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on private equity, growth capital, and M&A transactions across the UK and internationally. I work with private companies, institutional investors, management teams, and investee companies on strategic investments and acquisitions.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2021 after several years at an international law firm. My experience includes advising on complex cross-border deals, sponsor-led investments, and high-growth business transactions. I support clients across sectors including technology, education, and consumer brands.
