As Head of Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Division and a member of the firm’s Board, I set the strategic direction for one of the UK’s largest real estate practices., advising developers, institutions, private equity houses and corporates on investment, development, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate management.

I bring particular expertise in complex real estate transactions and regularly support inward investors acquiring assets across London and regional markets. I’m known for delivering commercially focussed advice on high-value deals that drive client success.

In addition to leading the division, I head Shoosmiths’ London office and contribute to the firm’s international strategy and growth across key real estate sectors.
