I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team and joint head of our Living Sector. I advise investors, developers, landlords and funders on real estate investment, development and asset management, with a particular focus on BTR, SFH, PBSA, later living and care. Recent work includes advising on forward funding deals, site acquisitions and real estate finance transactions across the UK.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2015, I’ve helped grow our Leeds office and Living Sector offering. My experience spans institutional investment, sustainable finance and ESG-led development. I work closely with our Banking & Finance team to deliver integrated advice on funding and refinancing for high-value sites.

I’m a recommended lawyer in Legal 500 and Chambers and a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the Law Society of Scotland. I also contribute to Shoosmiths’ Above and Beyond Committee and lead training initiatives within our Real Estate division.
