I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ commercial team heading Shoosmiths' commercial team in Solent. I specialise in automotive, manufacturing, outsourcing, procurement, supply chain and routes to market (including agency, distribution and logistics). I advise on strategic, complex and business critical projects both nationally and cross border with relevant highlights including a multi-phased transition from a selective distribution sales model to non-genuine agency for a global automotive brand, a 2 billion euro supply, license and localisation framework for a new entrant automotive manufacturer to use a leading competitor’s vehicle platform and £1.2 billion global procurement frameworks for a top ten FTSE business. I support clients across the full commercial lifecycle, from development and market entrance to growth and transformation across diverse industries.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I held roles at DLA Piper, Squire Patton Boggs, and Eversheds.  Since joining Shoosmiths I have spent 12 months on secondment as UK General Counsel at a £multi-billion global outsourcing business advising on all key customer contracts and more than 5 years advising on major global procurement projects at a top ten FTSE business. My experience includes developing structural blueprints and foundational contracts for transformational commercial arrangements that are often unique and the first of their kind for clients.
