I’m a Senior Associate and Licensed Conveyancer in Shoosmiths’ Plot Sales team, working with major developers on the set-up and sale of new build homes. I specialise in preparing development sites for sale, managing title documentation and overseeing the conveyancing of individual plots. My work ensures that transactions run smoothly from initial set-up through to completion.

I joined Shoosmiths in 1998 after working at Nationwide Building Society, and have built deep expertise in residential development conveyancing. I’m known for being thorough, responsive and focussed on helping clients meet their deadlines.

I’m a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and bring a practical, solutions-led approach to every transaction.
