I’m an associate in the Corporate team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments. I support clients on complex cross-border transactions, shareholder arrangements and governance matters. My recent work includes advising on high-profile deals in the energy, financial services and technology sectors.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2024, I spent five years in EY’s Corporate/M&A team in Istanbul. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Istanbul University and a Master’s in International Business Law from King’s College London. I’m qualified in both Türkiye and England & Wales.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. I speak Turkish and English fluently.
