I’m an associate in Shoosmiths’ London corporate team, advising on domestic and international M&A, private equity and corporate governance matters. I work with private equity houses, corporates and management teams on acquisitions, disposals and investments. Recent highlights include advising on the merger of n2y and Texthelp, and Five Arrows on their acquisition of Totalmobile, a leading provider of field service management software, from Bowmark Capital.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I worked in-house at a London secondaries fund, supporting portfolio management and sell-side mandates. I bring a practical, commercially focused approach to every transaction.
