I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ London corporate team, advising on venture capital, national and international mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory. I act for companies, investors and founders across a range of sectors including tech, sustainability, FMCG and media.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I spent over four years practising in the Middle East, and at a national firm in London and Manchester. I am regularly recognised in Legal 500 as 'Key Lawyer' in Shoosmiths' Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice and I am known for my collaborative style and ability to simplify complex decisions.

Recent experience including acting for Clean Growth Fund on multiple investment rounds,  Pi Labs on early stage investments and portfolio exits, Hoxton Ventures on investment rounds and portfolio exits and Create Music Group on multiple acquisitions.
