I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ London corporate team, advising on venture capital, M&A and investment fund transactions. I act for companies, investors and founders across sectors including food, tech and sustainability. Recent highlights include advising Clean Growth Fund, Hoxton Ventures and YFM Equity Partners on multiple investments, and Oddlygood on its acquisition of Rude Health.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I worked in Dubai and at a national firm in London and Manchester. I bring a global perspective and a pragmatic approach to every deal.
