I'm an Innovation Lead and Professional Support Lawyer in Shoosmiths' Transactions Department, where I help drive innovation, legal technology adoption and operational efficiency across our transactional practice groups. I work closely with lawyers, clients and business services teams to identify opportunities to improve the way legal services are delivered, supporting the development and implementation of technology-enabled solutions, knowledge resources and best practice processes.

Before moving into this role, I was a Principal Associate in the Banking & Finance team, advising lenders, borrowers, private equity investors and debt funds on a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, venture debt and growth credit. This transactional experience gives me a practical understanding of the challenges faced by lawyers and clients, helping me focus on solutions that deliver meaningful improvements to how transactions are managed and executed.

I trained and qualified at Allen & Overy, spending time in both London and Frankfurt before joining Shoosmiths in 2021. My experience spans cross-border finance, sponsor-led transactions and technology-focused businesses, and I remain closely connected to the evolving legal technology landscape and its application within transactional legal practice.
