I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking & Finance team, based in Leeds, advising on debt finance including leveraged, acquisition, venture debt and corporate lending. I act for banks, PE and debt funds, sponsors and borrowers across a range of transactions. Recent work includes advising a US venture debt provider on growth capital investments in AI and tech companies, supporting a new debt fund on precedent documentation, and advising on a Madagascan oil restructuring and a major video game investment.

I trained and qualified at Allen & Overy, spending time in both London and Frankfurt, before joining Shoosmiths in 2021. My experience spans cross-border finance, sponsor-led deals and financial services transactions.
