My role sits at the heart of our Responsible Business strategy, helping ensure our values show up in how we lead, collaborate and grow.
As a qualified employment lawyer, I bring a practical understanding of equality legislation and a unique lens to the role—combining legal insight with a deep commitment to cultural change. I work across the firm to build equity into our systems, strengthen accountability, and create space for diverse voices to be heard.
