I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Sheffield, advising on strategic land, landlord and tenant and portfolio projects. I act for developers, landowners and corporate occupiers on acquisitions, disposals and cross-jurisdictional projects. Recent highlights include advising ETEL and Whitbread Plc on national portfolio transactions and supporting Hallam Land and Henry Boot on strategic land deals.
Since joining Shoosmiths in 2018, I’ve built a reputation for clear, commercially focussed advice that helps clients unlock value and manage risk. I’ve been recognised as a Leading Associate in The Legal 500 for four consecutive years and shortlisted for Leading Associate of the Year in the Northern Powerhouse Awards.
