Legal director advising on cross-border M&A and ECM deals
I’m a legal director in Shoosmiths’ London corporate team, advising on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and equity capital markets. I specialise in multi-jurisdictional transactions and help manage the firm’s international relationships through the World Services Group and International Bar Association. Recent highlights include advising on the sale of TNP to Node4, the investment into Universally Speaking, and the sale of Goodfellow to Battery Ventures.
Before joining Shoosmiths, I worked in-house at 3M and held senior roles at national firms. I co-authored Thomson Reuters’ annual UK ECM regulatory overview and regularly advise on IPOs and secondary fundraisings.
I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the IBA, and known for my strategic insight and cross-border expertise.
