I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Manchester. I advise on M&A, joint venture arrangements, public company matters, venture capital, and group reorganisations across sectors and jurisdictions.

I hold an LLM and an MSc in Law, Business and Management. My experience spans international acquisitions and disposals across a range of industries such as technology, healthcare and biotech, construction, energy, real estate, retail and franchising, group reorganisations, shareholders’ arrangements, and joint venture work.

Recent highlights include advising on the $1.25bn sale of Fosroc to Saint-Gobain, acting for the shareholders of Hampshire Cricket Club on a complex phased disposal, acting on the acquisition of Hepworth Clay. I also have experience on public M&A including acting on the takeovers by way of schemes of arrangement of Plant Health Care plc and French Connection Group plc and advising Nutur Group plc on the takeover bid from Growth Capital Partners.
