I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Manchester. I advise on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and group reorganisations across sectors and jurisdictions. My recent work includes advising Five Arrows on its acquisition of Rimes, supporting a UK premium schools operator on its growth capital raise, and acting on disposals and acquisitions in education, energy, healthcare, and technology.

I hold an LLB, LPC and MSc in Law, Business and Management. My experience spans IPOs, international disposals, and group simplifications involving private companies, charities, and public entities.
