I’m an associate in Shoosmiths’ Solent corporate team, advising on acquisitions, disposals, investments and group reorganisations. I act for owner-managed businesses and larger corporates, with experience across energy, technology and growth sectors. I’ve supported several investee companies on their buy-and-build strategies following a secondment with an early-stage investment fund.

I qualified in 2024 after achieving First Class Honours in Law and a Distinction in the LPC with MSc. I bring a proactive, commercially focussed approach to every transaction.
