I’m an associate in Shoosmiths’ Solent corporate team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments and group reorganisations. I act for owner-managed businesses, larger corporates and investors, with experience across the energy and technology sectors. I completed a secondment at Meridian Corporate Finance and Growth Capital and now act for several of the investee companies on their buy-and-build strategies.

I qualified in 2024 after achieving First Class Honours in Law and a Distinction in the LPC with an MSc. I bring a proactive, commercially focussed approach to every transaction.
