As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Commercial group, I advise clients on a range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on technology transactions and large-scale digital projects. My experience includes supporting clients on metaverse, Web3, and transformational technology initiatives.

I trained and qualified with Shoosmiths and have spent time on secondment with Virgin Media O2, advising on consumer, brand, and sponsorship matters. I am an active member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence and Web3 working groups, helping clients and colleagues navigate the evolving digital landscape.

I am passionate about contracts and innovation, and I bring in-house experience from both SAI Global and Virgin Media O2 to deliver practical, forward-thinking advice.
