As a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking and Finance team, I specialise in asset-based lending, advising banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on both domestic and international transactions. My experience includes receivables finance, plant and machinery loans, inventory and property loans, and cashflow term loans.
