I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Glasgow. My practice spans M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as large-scale corporate reorganisations and distressed deals. I lead project teams on high-value transactions, including cross-border mandates, and work closely with clients to deliver outcomes that align with their strategic goals.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2022, I spent five years as a senior corporate lawyer at an international firm and advised on multi-jurisdictional transactions, including a global private equity acquisition worth €6.85 billion. That experience means I bring a commercial perspective and a calm, solutions-driven approach to every deal.

I’m an executive member of Shoosmiths’ national M&A group and sit on our Shadow Board, helping shape firm strategy. I also contribute to industry discussions on corporate simplification and restructuring.
