I head Shoosmiths’ Brussels office and advise on UK and EU competition law, trade regulation and compliance. My work spans merger control, sanctions, digital markets and the UK–EU interface post-Brexit. I regularly support clients in the technology, automotive and financial sectors, and have recently advised on the UK’s DMCC Act and the EU’s DMA.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2022, having previously led EU competition law at EY Law and served as managing partner of a global firm’s Brussels office. I’m qualified in both England & Wales and Brussels, allowing me to offer privileged advice on sensitive EU matters. My experience includes cartel investigations, NSI Act applications, and litigation before the European Court of Justice.

I’m a standing contributor to Lexxion’s Competition & Regulatory Law Review and a regular speaker on competition law in the tech sector. I’m a member of Shoosmiths’ India Business Group and advise Indian corporates on cross-border regulatory strategy.
