I lead our Private Equity Management practice and co-head Shoosmiths' London Corporate team. I specialise in private equity and M&A transactions, acting for sponsors, management teams and investee companies across a range of sectors,  including real estate.

I lead Shoosmiths' relationships with Permira, Leftfield Capital and Livingbridge, as well as working regularly with leading management advisory practices.  Recent work includes advising Norland Capital on the sale of Finova to  Bain Capital and advising the management teams of Trust Property Management and Twenty7Tec.

I am recognised for being commercial and responsive with the ability to lead transactions with clarity and momentum.
