My work spans cross-border M&A, growth capital and strategic investments across sectors including tech, healthcare and financial services. I’m known for being responsive, pragmatic and commercially focussed.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I advised on high-value deals for global investment firms and management teams. Recent highlights include acting for Five Arrows Growth Capital, RLDatix, Livingbridge and Foresight Group on investments and exits involving Biophorum, Allocate Software, Quorum Cyber and Ixaris.

I’m recognised for my ability to lead transactions with clarity and momentum. I regularly work alongside sponsors such as TA Associates, Bridges Fund Management and Providence Equity, and contribute to Shoosmiths’ private equity thought leadership.
