I’m a Partner and Head of Shoosmiths’ North Real Estate Litigation team, with over 20 years’ experience advising on complex commercial property disputes. I work with occupiers, investors and developers on lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, break rights and restrictive covenants. I co-lead the firm’s occupier route to market and am recognised nationally for my work with major retail clients.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2015, having built my career at leading national firms. My experience includes advising on high-profile litigation such as AEW UK Reit Plc v Sportsdirect.com, and delivering strategic advice on multi-site lease renewals and dilapidations strategies. I’m known for helping clients navigate risk and unlock value across large portfolios.
