I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Manchester, advising on commercial development, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management. I act for developers, investors and occupiers across the retail, leisure and later living sectors, with recent highlights including acquisitions for Mercedes-Benz and rollout programmes for Revolution Bars Group PLC.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2011, I’ve led on conditional acquisitions, pre-lets and forward funding arrangements, helping clients deliver complex projects with confidence. I’m known for my perseverance and commercial insight—bringing clarity and momentum to every transaction.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ internal mentoring and leadership programmes.
