I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate division (sitting with plot sales) and manage a team of legal advisers supporting developers on residential and commercial disposals. I joined Shoosmiths in 2009  as part of the mainstream Real Estate team however in my current role I advise on affordable housing sales, infrastructure agreements and sales of reversionary interests, and have led on several major student accommodation schemes. I also co-lead training and knowledge-sharing across our national plot sales teams.

I’m known for being collaborative and focussed on helping our clients deliver their projects and enjoy being part of the client teams for several of our major housebuilding clients. I’m committed to building client relationships, supporting team development and delivering a consistent, high-quality service across all offices.
