I’m a principal associate in our corporate team, advising on acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, investments and group reorganisations. I work with private equity investors, public and private companies, and management teams across sectors including energy, infrastructure and technology.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I completed a nine-month secondment at a corporate finance house and held in-house roles at a global software company and a marine engineering firm. I qualified in 2017 and bring a practical, commercially focussed approach to every transaction.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and known for my collaborative style and ability to guide clients through complex cross-border matters.
