I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Real Estate Litigation team, advising on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes. My work includes lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, service charge disputes and portfolio management. I act for national retailers and leisure operators, helping them manage risk and maintain operational flexibility across their estates.

I qualified in 2014 and have built a strong practice focussed on delivering strategic advice that aligns with clients’ commercial goals. I’m known for being responsive, pragmatic and focussed on outcomes that matter.

I’m a member of the Property Litigation Association and regularly advise on both contentious and non-contentious lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
