I’m a Legal Director in our Tax team, based in London. I advise on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters, including UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, and real estate transactions. I also support clients with employment tax and social security issues, helping them navigate incentive arrangements with clarity and confidence.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2024, I spent nearly two decades at international firms, advising on complex tax structuring and employee share schemes. My experience spans sectors including technology, real estate, and financial services, and I’ve worked with clients on multi-jurisdictional deals and strategic restructurings.

I’m a member of the Association of Tax Technicians and a former chair of the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation.
