I’m a Partner in our Tax team, based in London.

I advise on a wide range of corporate tax matters, including UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, reorganisations, as well as tax structuring and advisory mandates. I also have significant experience advising on employee incentive arrangements, employment tax and social security issues.

I’m a member of the Association of Tax Technicians and a former chair of the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation.
