I am an Associate at Shoosmiths and a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Property Litigation team, specialising in landlord and tenant disputes. I advise landlords, letting agents and insurers on possession claims, rent arrears recovery and enforcement. My work includes obtaining Possession Orders, tracing debtors, securing County Court Judgments and advising in respect of other key elements of the Housing Act.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2014 as a trainee paralegal and qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2018, I have progressed to managing a busy caseload and now assist with advising and handling more complex defended actions within the wider Residential Property Litigation team. I work closely with clients to deliver efficient, outcome-focused solutions. As a Member of CILEx, I am committed to helping clients navigate disputes with clarity and confidence.
