I’m a principal associate in our Banking and Finance team, based in London. I advise on a broad range of debt finance transactions, with a focus on real estate and acquisition finance. I work closely with borrowers, banks and financial institutions to deliver commercially sound, timely outcomes on complex deals.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2012 as a legal assistant and qualified in 2016 after completing my training contract, which included a secondment to the Commercial and Private Banking Legal team at a major UK bank. My experience spans both lender and borrower mandates, giving me a well-rounded perspective on deal dynamics.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and actively contribute to mentoring and development within the firm.
