Leda advises across a cross section of listed, AIM and private companies on the establishment and operation of share based and cash incentive arrangements.  This includes the implementation of LTIPS, tax advantaged arrangements, EMI plans, restricted share awards and other arrangements designed to be tax efficient.  she advises on incentive aspects of taxation, corporate governance and the effects of corporate actions including takeovers, managements buyouts and IPOs.  She also advises on the international aspects of such incentive arrangements.
