I’m a senior associate in our Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, based in Leeds. I specialise in real estate-focussed restructuring transactions and support the corporate team on property elements of complex deals. I work nationally across sectors, collaborating with colleagues in banking, litigation, employment and tax to deliver joined-up advice.

Since qualifying, I’ve built broad experience in commercial real estate, particularly development and landlord and tenant work. I act for investors, developers and corporate occupiers, and regularly advise on lease assignments, refinancing and disposals.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and known for my collaborative, solutions-focussed approach to demanding transactions.
