I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising residential and commercial developers across Scotland. I support clients from site acquisition through to final disposals with recent experience including the acquisition and sale of land for residential development, option agreements and planning promotion agreements, affordable housing sales, student accommodation and development site set-ups involving servitudes and bespoke deeds of conditions.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2020, I’ve worked closely with housebuilders to deliver commercially viable solutions that align with their development timelines. My understanding of both legal and practical considerations helps clients avoid delays and unlock value across their portfolios.

I’m a member of the Law Society of Scotland and contribute to Shoosmiths’ internal mentoring and training initiatives.
